Fantastic service. I have been a semi-regular of the Gosi store for many years, and not once have i had a bad (or even mildly unpleasant) time there. The ladies at the cash advance have some of the best customer service and rapport building skills i have ever dealt with, and the fellas behind the main counters are incredibly easy to get along with. Vaughn the manager runs the place well and takes obvious pride in his work.I seriously dont have a negative thing to say about this place (i mean. . . Id love it if your store was located closer to me, but thats more just my millenial laziness than anything negative)

I have been a customer of the Gosnells Cash Converters for over 17 years. I have both purchased and sold things at this shop. I have also used the Personal Finance Advances & Loans. I have always been treated with kindness and respect by all the staff. When purchasing any item the staff will help with any information you may need and will even contact other stores if they don't have what you want in stock. The only complaint that I could possibly make about the store is that they want you to pay for the things you want to take home. But then, so dose EVERY other shop too :-)
